Ambiguity is a management problem, not a research problem.
Most organizations don’t lack information — they lack a way to turn information into a decision someone is willing to commit to. Treating ambiguity as something to study indefinitely is usually a way of avoiding the harder work of choosing. Our job is to shorten that distance, not to produce another report.

AI is leverage, not a strategy.
“Use more AI” is not a plan. The useful question is narrower: where, specifically, does automating a piece of judgment or execution free people to spend their attention on something only they can do. Answer that first, and the tooling choice gets easy. Skip it, and you get expensive automation of the wrong work.

Judgment and automation aren’t opposites — they’re a division of labor.
The interesting design question isn’t whether a system should be autonomous. It’s which decisions are cheap to get wrong and fast to correct, versus which ones are expensive to get wrong and slow to unwind. The first kind is where autonomy earns its keep. The second kind still needs a person who owns the call.

Execution speed only matters after direction is right.
Building fast in the wrong direction is still the wrong direction, just sooner. We’d rather spend real time understanding a problem before committing engineering effort to it, even when that feels slower at the start.
There is no schedule, and inventing one would be the first dishonest thing here.
A publishing cadence, bylines and longer pieces are real things to build once there is something worth putting through the process. Until then, four positions that ROWVIN actually holds are worth more than forty that were commissioned to fill a page. When longer notes exist, they extend this same index.
