AI is leverage, not a strategy.

“Use more AI” is not a plan. The useful question is narrower: where, specifically, does automating a piece of judgment or execution free people to spend their attention on something only they can do. Answer that first, and the tooling choice gets easy. Skip it, and you get expensive automation of the wrong work.
