Ambiguity is a management problem, not a research problem.
Most organizations don’t lack information — they lack a way to turn information into a decision someone is willing to commit to. Treating ambiguity as something to study indefinitely is usually a way of avoiding the harder work of choosing. Our job is to shorten that distance, not to produce another report.
